Every track of land has a unique river frontage on La Jara Creek, a beautiful spring-fed stream which meanders through the canyon. The river and fishing ponds offer consistently good fishing. German browns and rainbow trout are what we boast! Most of the lots have small brush throughout and trees along the river. Each lot is guaranteed a water well permit and septic system permit.
