As noted, on the map highlighted in red within the pictures, lots 2 and 3 have a grinder septic system in the northwest corner of each lot. Building is not permitted over the grinder septic system and neither lot 2 nor 3 is serviced by the system. The homeowner(s) will be required to install a septic system.
