Recent Improvements:
!. All three bathrooms have been professionally remodeled. 2. All galvanized drains replaced and updated to PVC with the remodel of the bathrooms. 3. The sewer line was replaced all the way from the house to the tap with 4″ PVC. 4.Basement remodeled. Has one legal bedroom and one additional room theat can be used for whatever, plus the large family room in the middle. 5. New dual 40-gal. water heaters connected in series. 6.
