You will own seven total: two 2 bedroom cabins, 4 one bedroom cabins and one which is more of a studio. Twelve cabins share a lovely wooded acre along a paved back road in town. Five of the cabins are owned by others. Each has been subdivided and you can sell any off individually at any time in the future. The cabins are attractive and mountainy, with updated plumbing and electrical, and can be enjoyed through the winter. All have full kitchens and nice baths. Your “footprint” – the land you own – is an area about 2 feet wide around the perimeter of your cabin; this allows you to maintain the siding, add flowers, etc. Your guests will enjoy walking to 3 lakeside parks, boardwalk shops, restaurants, theater & activities. You should have a say in setting the Association fee of $100 to $150 per month for each. That will cover snow removal, trash removal and maintaining the community space. Possession is after October 15th of this year. Each cabin comes completely furnished with d cor, TV’s, and kitchen items.
