Complete concrete removal /
Complete gut of home /
New sewer line placed till main city street (sewer line just needs to be connected to main home) /
Foundation of main home is mostly complete. Steel beams have been placed and welded into concrete footers. /
Engineer plans for the home have been completed and approved by city. We were planning to convert the existing building attached to the garage into an ADU. I have engineer plans for structural and foundation for that as well ready to go.
The trenching for the sewer and water lines for the main home and ADU have been dug. Permits and contracts can be provided at purchase.
