Rush Irrigated Farm can be utilized in many different ways. From raising row crops, alfalfa .small grains, sorguhm- sudam, hemp to irrigated improved grasses for a cow calf or yearling operation , the option is yours.
The farm consists of 800 deeded acres of which 340 acres are irrigated by three center pivots and 460 acres are divided into native grassland pastures. Two pivots are currently to sorghum-sudan grass and a Spring crop of triticale was just harvested on the other. The farm has grown industrial hemp in previous years and there are currently green houses and other industrial equipment on the property. The three center pivots are supplied by three irrigation wells and a forth can be redrilled and utilized also.
The main home is a 3 bed 2 bath 28×52 double wide with attached 1296 sqft garage. Second newer 2019 singlewide is the second home. Third older single wide is in need of repair.
There are numerous outbuildings 40×82 sqft heated and air conditioned shop, 24×40 heated and air conditioned shop, 2-30×126 green houses, and a 86×120 doomed covered building used for storage and could easily be repurposed for a riding arena or other livestock.
