Come Take a Look at Me! I am a one and one-half story home and I have to say that I have been well taken care of. I am located in a fabulous location in Eastlake. I was born in 1997 and my parents decided I would look great dressed in stucco. I also have an oversize garage with additional off-street parking which can accommodate up to two additional cars. The landscape in my front and back is what I would call “Xeriscape”. Water is not wasted here. My main floor has luxury vinyl planking and, guess what, radiant heat is all through the main level, so say goodbye to those cold feet in the winter. My master bedroom is large and has an en-suite and a large walk-in closet. Not only is there a master bedroom on the main floor, but there is also one other bedroom and another full bath. Wow! How wonderful is that. One other item to mention, my laundry room is also on the main level and my washer and dryer is staying. Now let’s walk upstairs to the upper level. The stairs and upper level are all wood floors. The upper level has “hot water heat”, which is a very clean type of heating and also keeps me very warm. There is another bedroom and full bath upstairs. I also have a “loft”, which can easily be turned into a 4th bedroom, or can be an office, or game room, or a thousand other uses. There are also 2 skylights upstairs as well. Talk about sunlight! I’m such a cozy house. Light rail is very close by as well as the Orchard Mall, Factory Outlets, Cabela’s and the very popular In-N-Out Burger. Drop in to see the full me!
