Seller agrees to supply to buyer any survey, soils reports, environmental reports, or other written information in the seller`s possession as it relates to the property once under contract. Buyer is responsible for all related costs associated with vetting, entitling, or developing the proposed development such as architectural, soils, survey, civil, structural, etc. In the event any costs are incurred by Assignor at, before, or after closing those costs shall be reimbursed by Assignee within 3 days of receipt of invoices or other written verification from Assignor.
